  • Please note that all purchases made on our platform are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of our products.

  • Orders for digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be cancelled or replaced once fulfilled. In case of a duplicate charge or failed fulfillment, please contact support; eligible cases may be cancelled and/or refunded to the original mode of payment.
